Seeking an order upon the concerned respondents to consider his case of appointment for the post of Assistant Teacher, this writ petition was preferred.

The selection process for filling up of the subject post was initiated in 1999. With the passage of time the writ petition has become infructuous. In view thereof, the writ petition is disposed of without any order.

However, there shall be no order as to costs. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
