1. Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

2. Petitioner is aged about 23 years and the victim is aged about 15 years. They developed relationship through facebook. It is alleged that after the relationship was built up, the petitioner induced the girl to go to different places and there was physical relationship between them. The victim declined medical examination. Charge-sheet is stated to have been filed.

3. Regard being had to such facts and submissions, factum of permanent residence of the petitioner, his tender age, possibility of reform in him and completion of investigation, it is directed that the petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 2nd Court, Krishnanagar, Nadia, in POCSO Case No. 42 of 2023 on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case in connection with G.R. Case arising out of Kotwali Police Station Case No. 287 of 2023

dated 01.04.2023.

4. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is allowed.

5. The application being CRM (DB) 2177 of 2023 is disposed of.
