Petitioner's main contention is that on 29.04.2025 at about 5.30 p.m. some BL & LRO staffs led by the BL & LRO, Bally, Jagacha along with few police personnel of Nischinda Police Station came to the land of the petitioner and at the front side installed a sign board which reflected that the land belongs to Government. According to the petitioner, the same was done without following due process of law.

Learned advocate for the private respondent nos. 7 to 10 is present and submits that there has been overwriting in respect of both the representation so far L.R. Plot Number is concerned. Having regard to the fact that it is the BL & LRO and the police authorities who have installed the board on the front side of the property, I am of

the opinion that if there is a dispute relating to land, petitioner has to approach the appropriate authorities or the civil court. This Court will not interfere in respect of right, title, interest, possession of charge of the property concerned.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 12833 of 2025 is disposed of.
