And In Re : Hasibur Rahaman @ Kasibur Rahaman @ College & Anr. ..... petitioners Mr. Saikat Chatterjee ... for the petitioners Mr. Bidyut Kumar Roy ... for the State Having considered materials on record prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioners in assaulting the victim resulting in severe injuries and ultimate death, we are of the opinion that in view of gravity of the offence and prima facie involvement of the petitioners therein, this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
