On the other hand, learned advocate for the State submits that on 15.06.2025, the complainant, namely, Tumpa Aditya submitted a written complainant against the petitioner no.1 for threatening her. Consequent to which, Raiganj Women PS GDE No. 304 dated 15.06.2025 has been registered.

The report submitted by the State reflects that charge-sheet was submitted in the year 2018.

Having regard to the time frame which has passed in the meantime, I am of the view that the conditions so imposed upon the petitioners are hereby waived. However, if any further complaint is received by the learned trial court, the trial court would be at liberty to

impose conditions ensuring that the accused persons do not tamper with the evidence of the case and flee away from the process of law.

Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2025 is Allowed.
