Mr. Dipta Dipak Banerjee ..for the Petitioner Mrs. Sabnam De Bardhan Mrs. Kakali Naskar ....for the State Affidavit of service filed by the petitioner and report filed by the State are taken on record. Heard learned counsels for the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and the private respondent are co-owners of the property in question and reside in separate portions of the property. The petitioner alleges that the private respondent is not allowing him to take separate water connection in the property and is obstructing the relevant authority from entering the property to provide such connection.

The grievance of the petitioner is required to be dealt with by the appropriate forum.

The petitioner is at liberty to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of his grievance. Since no fruitful purpose shall be served by keeping the writ petition pending, the same is disposed of.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted.
