Affidavit-of-Service filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record.

During course of hearing, learned advocate, representing the petitioner, prays for leave to make application for transfer afresh in the prescribed format, since previous application was made on 21st September, 2022 which, according to the petitioner, was made on medical ground since wife of the petitioner was suffering from gynecological disorder, but document at page 28 shows that the application was made for transfer not on medical ground but for "any other reasons".

West Bengal Central School Service Commission and West Bengal Board of Secondary Education are represented by learned advocates.

In view of aforesaid submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, the writ petition stands disposed of

granting leave to the petitioner to make application afresh seeking transfer in accordance with law. 5.

All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on compliance of necessary formalities.
