Learned advocate for the State submits that the petitioner remained absent on the previous date also. She draws the attention of the court to the order of rejection of bail on June 5, 2020. She submits that the petitioner was identified in the TI Parade. The trial is ongoing. Considering that the prayer for bail was rejected previously and the fact that the trial is ongoing, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for bail is rejected.

CRM 5689 of 2021 is dismissed.
