1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits as follows. The petitioner is a married lady against whom an allegation has been made that she was in a relationship with the victim's husband. The married sister-in-law of the alleged victim was earlier granted anticipatory bail by this Court on 21.05.2025 in CRM (A) 1648 of 2025. The prime accused is the husband who was arrested, but has now been granted bail. Chargesheet has been submitted.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and relies on the case diary.

3. Considering the materials available in the case diary, the alleged role ascribed to the petitioner and the fact that charge-sheet has already been submitted, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. In the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also be subject to further conditions that the petitioner shall cooperate with the investigation and the petitioner shall not threaten or intimidate witnesses. The petitioner shall attend the jurisdictional Court on the dates fixed.

5. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with requisite formalities.
