The defendants in a suit for ejectment being Ejectment Suit No. 39 of 2014 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Bidhannagar, 24-Parganas (North) are the petitioners in the present revisional application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. The learned Trial Judge by the order impugned has allowed an application filed by the plaintiffs/opposite parties seeking amendment of plaint to incorporate subsequent events.

The learned Trial Judge found that such amendment is necessary for the effective and proper adjudication of the said suit and it would not change the nature and character of the suit property.

This Court does not find any reason to interfere with the order impugned.

C.O. 1514 of 2021 is dismissed without any order as to costs.

The petitioners are permitted to file additional written statements within 14 days from date.
