We have heard the learned Counsel for the parties. 2.

Till the application for injunction is disposed of on merits by the learned First Appellate Court, we direct the parties not to derogate from the terms of the agreement entered into between the plaintiff and the defendants. 3.

The defendants shall file written objection to the injunction application within two weeks from date, reply thereto, if any, be filed within one week thereafter. 4.

Liberty to mention before the learned First Appellate Court for a suitable date for early disposal of the injunction application on merits.

We make it clear that the learned First Appellate Court shall decide the injunction application on merits without being influenced by any observation made by us in this order.

The appeal and the applications are, accordingly, disposed of.

All affidavits filed are taken on record.
