Considering the allegations that the petitioner has used the same modus operandi to commit another offence for which another FIR is registered and on perusing the incriminating materials available in the case diary, I do not find this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of requisite formalities.
