The writ petitioner participated in the de novo selection process of 2012 conducted by the DPSC, Malda. The writ petition has been filed on 7th May, 2015.

In those circumstances, they are entitled to the benefit of the order dated 26th April, 2024 passed in WPA 25712 of 2022 (Md. Asiruddin & Ors. Vs. State of West Bengal & Ors.) as corrected on 30th April, 2024 on the same terms and conditions thereof.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all formalities.
