Mr. Firdous Samim Ms. Gopa Biswas Ms. Mousumi Hazra Ms. Payel Shome ..for the petitioner Mr. Saikat Banerjee Mr. Ratul Biswas Mr. Kaushik Chowdhury ..for DPSC, Howrah In compliance with the order of this court the Chairman of the District Primary School Council, Howrah has filed a report in the form of an affidavit where he has stated that the petitioner is eligible for appointment to the post of Assistant Teacher subject to approval of the Commissioner, Directorate of School Education, Government of West Bengal. The District Primary School Council, Howrah may issue appointment letter to the petitioner.

Therefore, I direct the Commissioner, Directorate of School Education to take appropriate steps immediately within a period of three weeks from the date of communication of this order and to give

approval if the petitioner is not otherwise disqualified. With the above observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
