It is submitted on behalf of the parties that the matter has been settled between the parties and the petitioner has received the entire amount of gratuity in full and final settlement of his claim.

As such there is no requirement for the Certificate Officer to proceed further in the matter.

In view of the same nothing further remains in the writ petition.

The writ petition being WPA 13561 of 2021 is disposed of accordingly.

There shall be no order as to costs.
