It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that despite the above order directing consideration of a representation dated June 27, 2024 within a period of six weeks from date, the concerned Pradhan has taken no steps in the matter.

The State is represented and undertakes to intimate the concerned Pradhan to dispose of the above representation within a month from the date of

communication of this order.

In view of the above, CPAN 1023 of 2025 in WPA 17390 of 2024 stands disposed of by directing that the concerned Pradhan being the alleged contemnor no. 3 shall positively consider and dispose of subject the representation within a period of one month from the date of communication of this order.
