Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that since police submitted charge sheet, custodial interrogation of the petitioners is not necessary. He draws attention of this Court to the contents of the FIR and the charge sheet. He submits that although some persons were named as the perpetrators of the crime who hurled bomb, but ultimately police did not submit any charge sheet against them.

Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and draws the attention of this Court to the medical report and particularly to the amputation consent. He also draws attention of this Court to the contents of the case diary. Considering the medical report and considering the fact that the petitioners were named in the FIR as well as in the charge sheet, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
