Learned counsel appearing for the respondents say that the petitioner failed to give the clarifications sought for in November, 2022.

The petitioner shall give the clarifications by 24th May, 2023.

WPA 13537 of 2021 is disposed of with a direction on the District Magistrate, Howrah to dispose of the pending application filed under Section 14 of The SARFAESI Act, 2005 within four weeks from the date on which the District Magistrate receives the clarifications from the petitioner.
