1. Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

2. The matter relates to a promotional examination conducted by the Sub Divisional Officer, Srirampur for the Chanditala-1 Project for the year 2022.

3. The petitioners participated in the promotional examination. Submission is that result of the same has not been disclosed till date.

4. A representation from the petitioners is pending consideration before the authority.

5. Learned advocate representing the State respondents is not ready with any instruction in the matter. In the absence of proper instruction from the State, the Court is not in a position to decide the issue conclusively.

6. In view of the above, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the Block Development Officer, Chanditala1 Block being the respondent no. 4 herein to consider the representation made by the petitioners in accordance with law at the earliest and communicate the fate of the petitioners' representation positively within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order.

7. Learned advocate representing the petitioners is directed to forward a copy of the representation along with all supporting documents to the aforesaid respondent at the time of communicating the order of the Court.

8. The writ petition stands disposed of.

9. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
