The petitioners complain that the private respondents have raised illegal construction upon Government land by obstructing their egress and ingress. The petitioners submitted a representation ventilating their grievance before the respondent nos. 2 and 3 on 25th March, 2021, but the same has not been considered as yet. The petitioners pray for consideration of their representation at an early date. Having considered the submissions made on behalf of the parties as well as the material on record, I dispose of the writ petition with a direction upon the respondent no.3 to consider and dispose of the representation filed by the petitioners on 25th March, 2021, 2017 within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order after affording

reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the interested parties including the petitioners and the private respondents, in accordance with law.

With such observation, WPA 13582 of 2021 is disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavits are invited, the allegations contained in the petition are deemed not to be admitted.

Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties on usual undertakings.
