Learned advocate for the State submits that the appellants have expired in support of the documents filed by the Officer-in-Charge of Jamuria Police Station. Officer-inCharge of Jamuria Police Station is present in the Court and his appearance be dispensed with.

Let the documents filed through the office of the learned Registrar Administration (L & OM) by the S.I of police, Officerin-Charge Jamuria PS, ADPC dated 06.01.2023 be kept with the death certificate of the appellant i.e. Arati Gorai and other certificate issued by the local panchayat.

In view of the death of the appellants, the instant appeal stands abated.

Accordingly, the criminal appeal being CRA 257 of 2000 is disposed of.
