1. Affidavit of service filed on behalf of the petitioners is taken on record.

2. Both the petitioners are working as primary teachers in respective primary schools situate in two different districts. Petitioner no. 1 is working in a school in Purulia whereas petitioner no. 2 is working in a school in Kolkata. Application was made before the concerned respondent authorities seeking mutual transfer which according to the petitioners is pending before the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education for consideration. In support of such submission reliance is placed on the documents at pages 31 and 34 of the writ petition.

3. District Primary School Councils, Purulia and Kolkata and West Bengal Board of Primary Education are represented by learned advocates.

4. Since application seeking mutual transfer is pending and it is submitted by the learned advocate that both the petitioners are confirmed primary teachers, Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education being respondent no. 4 is directed to take decision on mutual transfer application of the petitioners by 6(six) weeks from the date of communication of this order. While taking decision if respondent no. 4 finds it is necessary to consider certain documents which are required to be furnished by District Primary School Council, Kolkata and District Primary School Council, Purulia Chairman of those District Primary School Councils are directed to cooperate with the respondent no. 4 for taking decision within the time stipulated by this Court. Decision to be taken by respondent no. 4 shall be communicated to the petitioners by fortnight thereafter.

5. Document is filed in support of depositing deficit Court fee.

6. Writ petition stands disposed of.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
