It appears that a typographical error has crept in the order dated 1st August 2024.

In 3rd page of the 3rd paragraph in the 2nd line the name of "Mr. Kanodia" should be replaced with the name of "Mr. Ray".

Similarly in the cause of title of the order dated 1st August 2024 the name of the respondents should be corrected to be read as "The Union of India & Ors.".

Let the aforesaid corrections be incorporated in the order dated 1st August 2024. Other portion of the order shall remain unaltered.
