It appears that the petitioner has been complying with the bail condition imposed upon him.

The petitioner was granted bail on June 13, 2024 subject to condition that he would not leave the jurisdiction of the concerned police station and would report to the officer in charge of the police station once in a fortnight until further orders, besides other conditions.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner carries on business in vegetables is suffering loss in his business since he is not able to leave the jurisdiction of Hanskhali Police Station.

In view of the above, the bail condition imposed upon the petitioner not to leave the jurisdiction of the concerned police station and to report to the officer in charge of the

concerned police station once in a fortnight are waived. However, the other conditions of bail shall continue. Accordingly, CRAN No. 1 of 2025 is disposed of. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
