Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated. The petitioner is the purchaser of an immovable property without notice as to the title of such immovable property when she purchased the same. Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the materials in the case diary. Apparently, the petitioner is the purchaser of an immovable property. The petitioner purchased an immovable property from a person who did not apparently have title. The complicity of the petitioner in the transactions cannot be overlooked at this stage. The investigations are yet to be concluded.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected CRM (A) 3086 of 2022 is dismissed.
