Dr. Patra, learned counsel for the Commission submits that the recommendation for appointment of the petitioner dated December 15, 2021 has been re-validated and it has been sent to the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education for issuance of necessary appointment letter.

Ms. Chatterjee, learned counsel for Board submits that her client, after observing the necessary formalities shall issue the said appointment letter.

The grievance of the petitioner since has already been addressed, no further order(s) need be passed in the matter, W.P.A. 12564 of 2022 is therefore disposed of accordingly without any order as to costs.
