Copy has already been served upon the learned counsel for the respondents in Court today.
Learned counsels for the respondents seeks an accommodation to respond to the said supplementary affidavit. The following original documents are placed before this Court today. The original nomination form shows that the present writ petitioner has been named as the nominee of the deceased Haripada Biswas and the relationship of the nominee to the member has been shown as wife. The address as noted in the nomination form also figures in the Aadhar card of the writ petitioner. The bank account,
passbooks were directed to be produced and the same have been placed before the Court today by the learned counsel for the writ petitioner.
On perusal of the said passbook it appears that the said account relates to the pension account of the deceased and the address as provided is the same as in the nomination form and also the Aadhar card of the present writ petitioner.
Considering all the facts and considering the fact that the present writ petitioner is before the Court since 2011 praying for her prima facie legitimate dues of family pension, the respondents are directed to place the status report before this Court on the facts as stated in this order positively by 22nd August, 2024.
All the original documents are returned to the learned counsel for the writ petitioner. It is further directed that Mr. Tapas Naskar who has shown the affidavit-inopposition being Senior Accounts Officer (Finance ) of the respondent company is directed to be present before this Court with all relevant documents relating to the case of the deceased Haripada Biswas.
