District Magistrate of South 24 Parganas.

On hearing the learned counsel for the parties and considering the dispute and the issues raised herein, the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the District Magistrate, South 24-Parganas shall consider the said application and on the basis of relevant records and on hearing all the parties shall pass a reasoned order within 60 days from the date of communication of this order.

WPA 12874 of 2025 stands disposed of.

The interim order passed by this Court be extended till that period as mentioned by this Court.
