Perused the case diary.

Considering the nature of allegations, the incriminating materials available in the case diary and the fact that the prayer for anticipatory bail of a similarly circumstanced co-accused was turned down on 24.12.2024 by a Division Bench of this Court in CRM(A) 4627 of 2024, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of requisite formalities. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
