..... petitioners Mr. Hiranmay Dutta ....For the petitioners Ms. Sukanya Bhattacharyya Mr. Mirza Firoz Ahmed Begg ....For the State The petitioners seek an expeditious hearing of the proceedings of Sessions Trial Case No. 90 of 2021 under Sections 307/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, pending before the learned Sessions Judge, Purba Medinipur.

It has been submitted by Ms. Sukanya Bhattacharyya, learned advocate appearing for the State that in this case, the learned Magistrate has committed the case of the Court of Session and thereafter, there has been no progress in the case. In that view of the submission made on behalf of the State, the revisional application is disposed of with a direction upon the learned Sessions Judge to take necessary steps so that the charge hearing is concluded expeditiously, preferably, within four months from date.

The revisional application being CRR 1705 of 2021 is disposed of.
