In spite of service, there is no representation on behalf of the school authorities, Commission or the State.

Mr. Sunit Kr. Roy, learned advocate, who usually appears on behalf of the Commission is present in Court and is requested to take up matter on behalf of the Commission. Let his appointment be regularized by the concerned authority.

The petitioner's grievance is that her application for transfer on the general ground has not been considered and is pending since April, 2024.

However, it appears from the records that the petitioner has not made the application in the prescribed format.

In these circumstances, petitioner is granted liberty to make such an application in the prescribed format in the Offline mode by June 15, 2026 since the 'UTSASHREE' portal is presently suspended. The said application shall be considered by the school authority, and if found eligible, will forward such application along with the requisite declaration and No Objection Certificate to the concerned District Inspector of Schools (SE) by June 30, 2026.

With the aforestated directions, the instant writ petition stands disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
