Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that this writ petition has been mistakenly filed challenging the order passed by the Tribunal. He does not wish to proceed with this writ petition and prays for leave to file a fresh petition on the same cause of action.

The prayer is considered and allowed.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty granted to the petitioner to file an appropriate writ petition before the competent Bench on the same cause of action.
