1. None appears for the parties in an old matter of the year 2021 despite accommodation on the last occasion, having been given as a last chance. No accommodation is prayed for.

2. It seems to this Court that the appellants are not interested in pursuing the appeal.

3. M.A.T. 921 of 2021 shall stand dismissed for default.

4. In view of dismissal of the appeal itself, all the pending connected applications are dismissed.

5. Interim order, if any, shall stand vacated.
