From the ordersheets appended to this application, it appears that dates were fixed for deposit of commissioner's fees.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the commissioner's fees have been deposited.

C.O. 1810 of 2024 is disposed of requesting the learned Civil Judge to dispose of the Title Execution Case No. 03 of 2023, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.

However, there shall be no order as to costs.
