Learned counsel for the petitioner places a letter written to his client dated July 4, 2022 seeking instruction from his client. He came to learn that the original writ petitioner already expired. The legal heirs are not interested and willing to proceed with this writ petition any further.
A copy of the letter dated July 4, 2022 is kept with the record. He submits that he received this instruction verbally from the legal heirs of the writ petitioner that they are not willing to proceed with the writ petition any further.
In view of the above, this writ petition being WPA 11666 of 2014 stands dismissed as withdrawn. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
