Petitioner has filed this writ petition against the respondent Bank of India being respondent No. 1 in not considering his prayer to handover the property in question and the mortgaged deed and all related documents in spite of making repayment of the whole loan in question.

Learned advocate appearing for the respondent Bank very fairly submits that bank is ready and willing to hand over the possession of the property in question and return all the relevant documents but petitioner himself is not availing the opportunity. Without going into this dispute, considering the statement made on behalf of the respondent bank through its counsel, this writ petition being WPA 13554 of 2021 is disposed of by directing the respondent bank concerned to hand over the

possession of the property in question and all the related documents to the petitioner within a month from date by intimating in advance the date and time which is to be fixed by the bank.

With this observation and direction this writ petition stands disposed of.
