Petitioner stands implicated in demanding and extracting money from the de facto complainant on the promise to grant government job.

Role of the petitioner requires investigation. In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

This application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. CRM(A) 1756 of 2024 is disposed of.
