Let the said report be kept on record.

The learned Advocate representing the respondent nos. 2 and 5 has been served with the copy of the aforesaid communication dated 09.04.2025 who is to forward the same to the

concerned Department of the respondent nos. 2 and 5 for expeditious disposal of the issue in question. An amendment service book be issued to the petitioners on conclusion of the proceedings. The entire exercise is to be concluded by the respondent nos. 2 and 5 within six weeks from the date of communication of this order.

The instant writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
