Petitioner complains of certain inconveniences 30.06.2025 Court No. 35 Item No.93 Rakib faced in the school.

However, police report reflects that the petitioner approached the learned A.C.J.M. Barasat and pursuant to the direction of the learned Magistrate Ashoknagar Police Station Case no. 377/25 dated 16.06.2025 has been registered for investigation against the present private respondents.

Having considered that the purpose for which the writ petition has been preferred has been taken care of pursuant to the direction by the learned Magistrate. The present writ petition lacks cause of action.

Accordingly, WPA 12889 of 2025 is disposed of. Report submitted by the State be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.
