The petitioner has serious grievances against the investigation of FIR No.

dated 17.04.2019 conducted by Shayampukur Police Station. The Investigating Officer of Shayampukur Police Station has closed the investigation holding that the matter is civil in nature and a report dated 26th September, 2022 has been filed before the Magistrate.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the investigation has been shoddy as there are serious allegations of forgery made.

The remedy of the petitioner is before the Magistrate seeking further investigation. In the event, the petitioner applies before the Magistrate within next seven days, the Magistrate shall pass suitable orders thereon within a period of seven days therefrom. The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
