Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be taken on record.

2.

The petitioner applied for inter district transfer from Hooghly to Purba Bardhaman on medical grounds.

3.

Let the Chairman, DPSC, Hooghly obtain medical opinion on the petitioner's condition from the CMOH, Hooghly.

1. The CMOH, Hooghly shall furnish medical opinion on the petitioner's condition and forward the same to the Chairman, DPSC, Hooghly. The Chairman, DPSC, Hooghly shall thereafter forward the said medical opinion along with their comments to the Secretary, WBBPE.

2.

The WBBPE shall take a decision on the matter within 8 weeks from date strictly in terms of the applicable Rules.

3.

Let the aforesaid exercise be carried out offline and a decision in this regard be communicated to the petitioner forthwith thereafter.

4.

Let a copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition be served on the CMOH, Hooghly, and DPSC, Hooghly and the Secretary, WBBPE.

5.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

6.

There will be no order as to costs.

7.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
