Wasim Ahmed, learned counsel appearing for the Khardah Police Station submits that in compliance with the order dated February 7, 2023, the petitioner was relocated back into her house. She was given a room of her choice. On three occasions thereafter the petitioner chose different rooms.

The Khardah Police Station accommodated her on each of the three occasions to a new room of the house.

The son and daughter-in-law had signed a declaration before the police that they will not harass the petitioner in any way. This Court is satisfied with the report of the Khardah Police.

Counsel for the petitioner, however, submits that the son and daughter-in-law continue to torture her.

This court is unable to accept the said submissions. This Court's mind is not free from doubt that the petitioner may now be making wild allegations is to recognizance against the son and daughter-in-law. In the event, the petitioner makes any further complaint in writing to the Khardah Police Station, steps may be taken in accordance with law after due and detailed enquiry.

With the aforesaid directions, CPAN 761 of 2023 shall stand disposed of. Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

There shall be no order as to costs.

The report of the Khardah Police Station dated 07.07.2023 is kept with the record.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
