In such circumstances, the requirement on the petitioner to meet the Investigating Officer once in a month until further order is also waived. All other conditions of the order dated July 2, 2019 as modified on February 7, 2020 will remain the same.

CRAN 2 of 2023 in CRM 5592 of 2019 is disposed of accordingly.
