Under such circumstances, condition of anticipatory bail imposed on the petitioner to meet the Investigating Officer once in a month is waived.

Petitioner shall appear before the court below on every date of hearing and shall not tamper with evidences and/or intimidate witnesses in any manner whatsoever.

Accordingly, the application for relaxation of conditions of bail being CRAN 2 of 2022 is disposed of.
