The order impugned is an appealable order as the petitioner has challenged an ad interim order of injunction, passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 6th Court, Howrah in Title Suit No. 606 of 2023. The ground taken by the petitioner is lack of jurisdiction of the learned Civil Judge. This court does not have jurisdiction to entertain this application.

If any appeal is filed against the order dated May 11, 2023, it is expected that the hearing of the application for stay and/or injunction in connection with the misc. appeal shall be expedited.

The petitioner is granted liberty to take back the original certified copy of the order impugned, upon furnishing a photocopy thereof.

Accordingly, the revisional application is dismissed.

However, there will be no order as to costs.

All the parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
