Petitioner submits document in support of his attendance at the local Police Station in compliance with the order dated 26th June, 2025. Petitioner prays for confirmation of the interim bail.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and that, the petitioner complied the conditions imposed by this Court vide order dated 26th June, 2025, the interim bail granted to the petitioner is hereby confirmed on condition that the petitioner shall comply the other conditions imposed in the bail order dated 26th June, 2025. The copy of the document relating to attendance in the Police Station is taken on record.

Accordingly, CRM (NDPS) 703 of 2025 is disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, duly applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
