1. It is submitted by Mrs. Khutia, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant that Pension Payment Order has been issued in favour of the applicant.

Mr. Vaisya, who normally represented the Director of Pension, Provident Fund and Group Insurance, West Bengal, is directed to represent them in the matter.

Let a copy of the instant contempt application be served on Mr. Vaisya in course of the day. 4.

Treasury Officer, Uluberia shall release the pension of the applicant upon production of all documents of identity and Bank particulars. Treasury Officer, Uluberia shall comply with the aforesaid order strictly and forthwith and immediately upon communication thereof.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in this proceeding. 6.

In view of the above, the instant contempt application shall stand disposed of.

Rule, if any, shall also stand discharged.

8. There will be no order as to costs. 9.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
