This is an application for correction of the order dated 7th September, 2021. It is submitted on behalf of the learned Advocate for the petitioner that inadvertently in the cause title the name of the concerned Magistrate was mentioned as learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barasat, North 24 Parganas in stead of Learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court, North 24 Parganas.

Accordingly the words 'learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barasat, North 24 Parganas' be read as 'Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court, North 24 Parganas'.

Let this order be treated as part of the order dated 7th September, 2021.

CRAN 1 of 2021 is, thus, disposed of.
