Harsher process of law including proclamation and attachment has been issued by the ld.

Special Court, Krishnanagar, under POCSO Act.

Having considered the steps so taken by the police authorities and the present stage of the case as also taking into account that the jurisdictional Special Court is in seisin of the matter, I am of

the view that further interference by this court is unwarranted.

Since this is a case under the relevant provisions of the POCSO Act, the ld. Special Court is directed to ensure regarding the execution of warrant proclamation and attachment, so issued, and fixed on 24th of September, 2024.

It would be the discretion of the ld. Special Court that, in case, the accused, in spite of the same, cannot be traced out, the ld. Trial Court will seek assistance from the Missing Persons Bureau, CID, West Bengal for production of the accused before the court.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 12080 of 2018 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is also disposed of.
