Mr. Amitava Pain Mr. Nilmoni Das .....for the petitioners Mr. Lalit Mohan Mahata Mr. Prasanta Behari Mahata ......for the State Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that since the petitioners are challenging the vesting of land, the same should appear before the learned Land Reforms and Tenancy Tribunal. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State supports such contention and submits that this Court now does not have the jurisdiction to deal with the matter and the matter ought to be transferred to the learned Land Reforms and Tenancy Tribunal.

It appears that the Land Reforms and Tenancy Tribunal has the necessary jurisdiction to deal with the relief prayed for by the present petitioners. Accordingly, let the application be transferred to the learned Land Reforms and Tenancy Tribunal. Let the records of the case be transmitted to the learned Tribunal within four weeks from this date. Registry to take steps.
